Default t 28 Trojan ideas

I got a stock t 28 Trojan from parkzone. I've flown it a few times and I've learned that I got something drawing to much power somewhere so I'm going to order a new battery and esc. I would like some input on what are some good combinations to go with. Just FYI i got a spektrtum ar600 receiver with a dx5e transmitter.

Are you looking to upgrade the motor? you say something is drawing power how so? what battery and how long is the flight time? How do you want it to fly?

need to find the root cause. or you will just have "something drawing power" on your new components. See if something is binding.. It's a pretty simple setup but I have seen some binding in that model that needed to be repaired by the end user.

Did you consider the battery might be defective? I would suggest you get a watt-meter. Electric flyers should have that handy tool. It will tell you what your static current draw is.
