LRP ZR32 Roto Start issues
I have tried to install the LRP 28 Roto Start on my LRP 32 but when I tighten the assembly the motor is hard to turn over, because the Roto Start is pressing on the end of the crankshaft, as soon as I loosen the cover the crankshaft is free. I don't understand this as the 28 starter is made to fit the 32. Has anyone had this problem?

You shouldn't really fully tighten the back cover, this is normal, the back cover should be a tad loose and I'm talking about the screws, I would suggest using thread locker to keep the screws in place so they don't loosen by themselves with the vibration of the engine.
When you say the crankshaft is free once you loosen the cover does the roto start work?

Thanks nazUK, I will give it a try and I did not try the Roto Start when I loosened the cover. I will post the results once the wife gives me some time to work on the car.
