Default Hotshot upgrade

I've got a re-release hotshot I'd like to upgrade . Anyone know a good motor/esc combo?

Speed Passion systems are pretty nice. You won't ever need more than a 13.5 in a 2WD 1/10 buggy; http://www.ebay.com/itm/Speed-Passio...196#vi-content

the hotshot is 4wd.

truth be told, you cant really go wrong with anything from tower or amain. some people have brand loyalty/hatred but any would work. what exactly are you looking for with the upgrade? speed, power, run time? answer that and i'll be able to give you suggestions to achieve what you want.

Oh. Either way, a 13.5 should be fine for it.

Speed definitely for one. I've got a 3800 2s lipo in it now and it seems to run forever. It's just not very fast.
