I needed a replacement dual rate switch for my 12X - mine came off in my fingers - guess it took a knock and broke the next time I moved it. I called Horizon and they would not sell me the switch. "That's not a switch we send out" I was told to send the radio in for repairs. With Jets South 10 days out, that wasn't an option.

I called Tony Stillman at Radio South and he didn't have one in stock, but get this - he removed a switch from his personal radio and sent it to me - express mail. I have had him do repairs and stuff over the years, always had great service - but this is above and beyond.

Swapped out my switches today, all good to go. Thank you Tony, I really appreciate the great service!

Radio South is the best repair facitlity, period. If you are out of the warranty period, I would send your radio there for any sort of repair, tune up, vibration checks, etc.
