Default News Flash!! California Service Center is on the move!!

Hi all,

I am excited to announce that we have acquired a very nice 2,400 sq ft new service center building. With that being said, service might be a bit slow for a week or so while I get everything moved and back in order. If you have a pressing repair and feel you need it back ASAP, please let Vera know and she can have the Factory assist us, as they also have a very fast turn a round time. I will keep you posted as to when we are back up to full speed.

Regards,

Dirk

Hi Guys

The Service Center is all moved and I am ready to get back to work. Just wanted to say thanks to the guys that sent their turbines in for repair and were willing to wait for me to get moved and get the shop set back up to speed. I will try and get all the engines done and back out by the beginning of next week. Feel free to email or call if you need an update.

Thanks again,

Dirk

Thanks George,

Unfortunately an apple a day won't keep your turbine away!! The Doc will see your turbines for interval service's at least!!

Have a good one,

Dirk

Although the move is complete, we are still not 100% due to the construction of our muffled engine testing room. I would say that we will be able to start running engines in the room next week, however we will still be running at about 60% or so since the silenced intake is on its way here on a slow boat from Taiwan. Even without the muffled intake, Dirk will still be able get more done than the past couple of weeks. We are confident that the new testing facility will be running at 100% by the end of November. Meanwhile, I am sorry for the delays and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Regards,
Barry

Thanks for the update Barry. The first time I sent my engine in it was there only about 5 days. You set the bar high! My engine is back there now and waiting. Understand you have to going through some growing to get even better.

Thanks!

Dan

This is all good to know. Was getting ready to send my k80 in for first service. 31 hours and not a single problem. I'm in no hurry so I will wait until you guys are all caught up. Congrats Barry and Dirk for your new aquasition!

Russ.
