I don't think it's going to work..... The engine looks like it needs to go back futher to align with the spur gear.... I think the only way to do it is via bumpstart

The spur gear and pinion are a little out of alignment as phmaximus said. But it looks like that could be fixed with a different clutchbell where the gear is closer to the bell or the bell is just a bit shorter. Maybe check out Savage clutchbells. You might have to change the flywheel or flip the spur gear to get a better alignment. That's part of the fun of doing big block conversions, the trial and error of mixing and matching parts. Sorry I don't remember what flywheel and clutchbell was on my big block Revo, it was too long ago and I had a different mount.

As as for the arm issue, there's a special offset arm made for that. They only come in aluminum and they have an offset hinge pin mount to clear the rotostarts and pull starts. Check Golden Horizons, GPM, Hot Racing. RPM arms don't have the offset hinge pin so they won't work. New Era used to have them as well but I think they stopped after they came out with a big block kit for the Revo/Slayer that didn't need the offset arm. That big block kit actually raised the engine up and leaned it over more so you could use any pull start, rotostart and have it clear stock style upper arms.
