I have a Duratrax Overdrive ST, I want to upgrade it for speed....without a new engine. Is there anything that I can buy that isn't wicked expensive, or change? I'm sorta new so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

A 2 chamber tuned pipe and a clutchbell would be a good place to start.

beter tires always help

a gear change.a new filter wont make you faster but they help out anyway. wont give more speed either but maybe a new cooling head for lower temps which are always nice.

tires and the gas your engine burns always helps. i use monster trinity with 20% nitro in it for my engine.

I have a velocity .17 engine....I have been told that all small block engines are almost the same size....is that wrong and will a tuned pipe for a .12-.15 engine fit on mine??
