Is this too rich?

Sorry to the poster, but don't rely on that plug color chart for a two stroke engine. Some of the plug pictures it show would be ok for a four stroke engine, but dangerously lean for a two stroke. All in all it is better to tune by a tach, or by ear if that's not possible with an airplane engine. Plug readings are very misleading, especially with todays gasoline.
Just keep it simple. Adjust it in the configuration you are going to fly it on the ground, richen it just a touch, (like 1/8 turn or LESS), and go fly and see how it does. As mentioned, the low speed needs a little tinkering, and you should re-check the high after playing with the low, but the good news is once you have it dialed in, you will probably not have to touch it again for a very long time unless you change fuel, prop, oil, etc.

Right on... Im tuning right now so far have the hs dialed in round 87-8800rpm if I lean any further it drops to 8600rpm so that's my highest rpm and best lean.. dialed it back about an 8th.. go na work on the ls in a bit

Alright so all done...round 8800rpm hs and round 1770rpm ls.. all that's left is to fly it and later on get gaskets and that 16x8 prop. Soon as I get some cash I'll ship a few over here just hope customs doesn't get happy on me lol....I'll report back after I test fly and examine the new plug again guys.. thanks bundles!!
I was actually very surprised at how much leaning out the LS needed.. almost a quarter turn from where it originally sat, I left it there when I was satisfied with the transition.

so i got it up in the air new plug and took some pics.. and now I'd like to get some feet back from you guys again.. I think I've done about 4 flights so far with this plug mostly high speed runs.
just pulled and took some pics have a look and let me know.. I think it might be too lean though... I did lean it out and then rich-en it a bit about an 1/8th to 1/4 turn.

@ ahicks
Ok I'll have to send some running videos then...
@ dirtyoldman00
hm actually no not really, my fuel mix is essentially the same.
when I first ran the engine it was with regular lawn mower ashless oil non synthetic at 30-1 and remember it was very rich on the low as well as the high needle. That contributed to the fouled plug.. After breaking-in I swiched up to klotz synthetic and kept it at 30-1 for a bit.. then mixed it down to 32-1 eventually. All this was on the original plug.. Then I came in here and asked, at that time I leaned out both needles and richened the high speed needle about 1/8th to a 1/4 turn with a hand held tach to check speeds.
I've sice got a onboard mini tach to check so ill re-tune with that and report back with some videos also.
It's misfiring very infrequently now so the last mods I think I'll need to do is check that spacing on the plug and check the timing.
Thanks guys, it's getting there, I think.
