I have the hong-nor LD3 Pro and I like it. Its my only touring car so I cant compare. Maybe the people on radiocontrolzone.com can help, seems to be a good few LD3 (and other touring car) owners.

mega - i have a couple of NTC3's - which is the car that the ofna was based on, and they handle great. although i dont have any personal experience with the ofna, its design is so similar to the NTC3 i imagine it will also handle quite well.

Also you may want to look at the new Kyosho shaft drive touring car. Its drive train layout is more like a 1/8 buggy (engine is sitting to the front etc, not other way like in NTC3/LD3)

It is great!! I have a Rs4 and Ld3 and the LD3 handles better and is a lot easier to work on.

Shozz - At least we agree on the LD3... (Re: Ultra MBX thread hehee)

Well I won my final today with the LD3 Pro (hong nor version), 2 laps up... Would of won last time also but engine problems (tuning) so with a bit of a re-tune and upping the idle she didn't stop so after a terrible start (spinning on first corner) I worked my way through the pack and came out on top end result -

Transponders are on the way and they are also looking at serious track work (surface work etc) but I like the surface now <grin>
