Default Please help

I am new to the world of rc cars. I have a Rustler VXL and I upgraded to a lipo battery. I have been running fine for a month and all of a sudden today when I turn the remote on and them the car, I get nothing out of it. I can't throttle or steer. The lights are green on both the remote and car are green. When the car turns on the wheels straighten out like normal but that's all I get. Anyone had this problem or know what to do?

I poked around a little and discovered that my tqi reciever had water inside of it. I'm guessing that's my problem. I took it apart and dried it out. Any chance it may work or should I just get another one?
