unbalanced lipo

Got a 2s 6500mAh 75c. Brand new, never ran. Using Imax B6 charger. Went to put in storage mode and got alert to low volts. Checked cells and getting 3.67 - 3.11. Any suggestions?

Send it back you got a bad one. They should be already in storage mode and almost perfectly balanced out of the box. That is a lot to be out brand new.

I was afraid of that. I got a tester and its reading 3.67 and 3.74. My imax read them balanced. I'm confused. Thanks for help.
