Hello,
Thanks for sharing your repair tip with us all..
I have got a question; Why are you using peel ply at outer skin repairs? I can understand inner repairs as the peel ply creates a surface ready to glue on..
Unless when the peel ply is removed it is easyer to sand??

peel n ply creates a more consistent surface with fewer pinholes in one easy step.

peel ply also absorbs excess glue, and allows for easier adhesion of fabrics to the repaired part.

yes, im curious to get a doppler reading... but apperantly dopplers dont do well with high pitch turbine sound.
