Default Trex 150 DFC & EU spec Spektrum TX problems

Apparently as the EU only allows DMSX TX's into the EU now, most sites are warning that the 150 + Spectrum satellite receiver won't work unless your TX is pre 2015.

When describing the issue they say the TX's won't bind due to not being able to select the correct protocol & frame rate and they quote DSMX with a frame rate of 22ms, yet in video's I've watched I've seen a guy with a DX9 set up his TX to bind with a 150 and when he set DMSX he selected a frame rate of 11ms, he only used 22ms when binding using DMSS.

It makes me wonder if they are selecting the wrong frame rate for the used protocol.

I had my heart set on both the 150 DFC & a DX6 as it would also allow me to fly blade heli's etc but it seems its not to be living over here in the UK

what do you guys think? any thoughts or idea's or us it off to futaba land for me for this heli and a separate DX6 for blades.
