Default Hacker C40

What controllers can i use for the Hacker C40 other than the Hacker master controller that is under $150.

I am currious on this as well. I want to try brushless when I get an electric touring car. Your best posting in electric cars.

Use a brushless speed control with no less than 40 amps minimum.

Hacker motors are sensorless brushless motors. Generally, any brushless controller made for sensorless motors will work.
Castle Creations makes some nice controllers for planes and boats. I'm not sure of what requirements a car would have that would be any different.

I use the Castle Pheonix 60 on an AXI 4120/14 (Airplane motor) and I like it very much.

BTW, Hacker master controllers are made by Jeti. You can usually find a Jeti labled version of the same controller as a Hacker for less money from Hobby Lobby. Again, I'm not sure these are suitable for use with a car, but I suspect they are.
