Run HobbyKing Desert Fox on sand?
I got the HobbyKing Desert Fox yesterday, was hoping to play with it on the beach. But after unboxing it, I realized - the motor/pinion/drive gears are not in a casing/sealed and the ESC cooling fan sits pretty low in the body. I am thinking sand gets sucked into both - the fan and gears, in the first 30 seconds of running it on the beach and it will be an instant paper weight. Scratching my head about how this toy is named Desert Fox. Am I missing something? Thanks.
