Default FS: Simprop Piaggio Avanti P 180 P180

Partially built, never completed VERY RARE Simprop Piaggio P180 Avanti. Pusher with front canards. I bought it in the same condition years ago right before my kids were born, and never found the time to work on it. Sad to see it sitting in my workroom rafters and super-sad to sell it, but it should be in the air. This is a great project for an experienced builder.

Pictures show the details. Electronics not tested, and some parts (e.g. push rods) may need to be replaced. No decals available, though I think I have a JPG/PDF file somewhere of the windows if you want to get them cut out in vinyl at a professional printer. *EDIT: build instructions not available or included (I never got them). You'll have to hunt for them online*

Selling as-is. Asking $500. Local pickup preferred. Would REALLY RATHER NOT SHIP, but am willing to do so (keep in mind the box will be huge and shipping will not be cheap - coming from the Washington, DC area (Northern VA)). Buyer pays all shipping and packing fees.

Thanks for looking.

Very interested, is the wing already glued into one piece?

Yes, they are. You can see it in one of the photos (photo #12?) where I'm holding the wing up to see the wiring inside. Also, I edited the listing to let visitors know that build instructions aren't included. I never got them from the previous owner.

Default Piaggio

This looks like it might be for me. What scale is it or what is the wing span.

Not sure about the scale but the wing span is 55.12 inches from what I found on the internet and other articles. Wing surface are is 319 inches squared (unsure if that includes the canards).
