The Midwest Jet Pilots Boondoggle is being held August 17-21 at the Baldwin RC Park, located in Baldwin Michigan. The Baldwin RC Park draws Jet Pilots from PA, OH, IN, IL, WI, TN, KY, FL as well as all over Michigan. This is a jet event only (Turbine and EDF). We have a pilot's dinner on Friday evening. Looks like we have several pilots coming in on Wednesday, and we typically have a few pilots stay over on Sunday, which is OK. We also have a couple Jet Guys who typically bring their RC Cars and take advantage of the RC Car and Rock Crawler tracks. The storage tents are scheduled to go up Wednesday. The food service provider is scheduled Thursday – Saturday. The pilot’s dinner is scheduled for Friday evening. We now have electric outlets along the 400’ asphalt pit row. Potable water is available onsite. If you do NOT already have your motel reservations and are running into trouble finding a motel, please feel free to contact me ASAP. There are options other than our sponsors’ motels. I maybe can point you in the right direction. I am looking forward to seeing all of the Baldwin RC Park family.
