Rudder and elevator trim tabs CAD design is done. Those are designed for 1/5 scale Jugs. Easy to resize them, well the trim tabs will be available in several scales.

Here are some pictures of the trim controls I designed in last days. I’m very happy with the result. In the pictures are 1/5 scale, 1/5.8 scale (TopFlite Giant scale), 1/7 and 1/8 scale.

Another details for P-47 Thunderbolt cockpits have been listed. For gunsights Mk.2 and Mk.8 we designed new mounting and bracket. It is possible to order it with gunsight Mk.8 or Mk.2. The gunsight mounting is available for 1/7- 1/4 Jugs.

Two customers, two T-Bolts, two cockpits. One customer asked cockpit kit finished in green chromate paint lik T-Bolts from Curtiss factory line. Another customer asked dark green finished cockpit kit T-Bolts from Republic factory line. Both with gunsight Mk.8. The green chromate cockpit kit was finished in December 2023.

They are very nice kits. Which P-47 kit will they fit in ? I have one of the last Topflite giant kits 75% done. I see that this post is 2023… I guess I’m a little late reading it. Are they still available along with a greenhouse canopy.

The cockpit kits are still available. The kit works with TopFlite giant scale P47, BH 60cc T-Bolt, Ziroli plans and other 1/6- 1/5 scale Thunderbolts.
