Default pulse width question

In normal mode, when pushing the throttle (all the way up), will the pulse width be minimum (about 1ms) or maximum (about 2ms)?
When programming microcontrollers, including the calibration instruction set, I suspect that some transmitters do not ‘follow the rules’.

Depends on what brand transmitter you use.

Spektrum, JR, (and most of the world) have short pulse for minimum throttle.

Futaba has long pulse for minimum throttle.

And if you needed to reverse the throttle channel, it'll be opposite
