Default Questions about my MOKI 215

Guys, can anyone share what they use as a test stand to start and run their MOKIs on the ground? Also, does anyone have a source for an aluminum spinner about 4" in diameter for a 2 and a 3 bladed prop? TruTurn used to make them, but no longer making hobby products.

Any help will be appreciated,

try aeroscale in Australia for a spinner, he can make any type you want.

Hello to the group.
I need some advice on my Moki 180. I run a prop 28x16 as airworld suggested but my model flies like a F16 and it is difficult to come on the approach. I always overshoot the runway.
The model is a Spartan executive 1/4 24,5Kg.
I have tried a Fiala 30x12 on the ground which pulls less especially on the low revs but the motor has gained up to 1000revs at full throttle thus 5500 which i know it is not good.
Can i try the 30x12 on the air?

How can i limit the revs on full throttle? Is it ok to limit the throttle servo throw?

As a note, i have to say that i am not so experienced in big warbird models. I struggle to follow what i see on youtube, to do a very shallow approach with steep decent which apparently slows the model down. I tend to fly further away and try to fly the model to the runway which means extra speed to keep it airborne.
Probably from my stress not to stall the model because of the work i have put in it.

Many thanks in advance for the advice.
Lawrence
