Boomerang,

The jet you're referring to I think is called a Top RC Intro Jet. It's an ARF, but it was repainted by Nick Morrow - the guy sitting down in the chair in the same pic.
He repaints everything! :-D

Thanks Ron, did an image search, yes it's the Intro.
NONE of the pics I found look anywhere as nice as Nick's model!

Big thank you to Dawn and the rest of the HOTMAC team for putting on yet another great event. 3 wonderful days, with only the high winds to slow down the flying. Temperatures were amazing, especially compared to the furnace of last year. I got in 8 flights before the winds on Saturday got too silly to fly. Maybe a little lower on the attendance than previous years, but still plenty of familiar faces showing up. Plenty of amazing models too.

Hopefully Richard and others will post some pictures.

Looking forward to the next one.

Paul

I think I heard we had 64 pilots, but more than enough wind for all :-D
I suspect Sunday was nice and calm :-/
Nice flying with the Bucc! Now back to work on the cockpit detail for the Guy In Back. :-)

And Great Job to Dawn Ellzey and the HOTMAC club for running another great event! :-)

Josh Tamez flew Joe Tamez’s plane one last time to honor his father’s memory. Rest in peace Joey
