i think intel is more stable than amd they will be starting at around 150 bucks
they are both stable, i'd think an amd would be more stable than intel because they run a lot cooler and can be over clocked easier... the bios is more likely to cause a crash than the cpu itself

If your not going to get 2 graphic cards in sli then i dont see the use for a sli mobo
thats true, but its best for him to have sli there ready since it doesnt cost that much extra... rather than realise he needs sli and not have, for ~$30 extra its just easier to get it
Intel's new chips are way better in ocing b/c you dont really get higher temps but thats not a problem if you buy a 40 dollar heat sink

that is true but if he dosnt need it he probably wont need

now to talk it over with one more friend, then give it to moms friend then hopefully order it on the 22nd......

NIce list there, ur getting lots for your money. i cant believe i never saw this thread. i customely built my own pc a little while ago, i got the 8500GT video card sittin beside me waiting to be installed.. but this X600 has been great to me....

Ahhh, BF 1942, i miss that game, i just play BF2 now. I cant find my 1942 games, i had them all. But i still have vietnam.

your right python, it only shows 3, but im just keeping in the last stick for the dual channel.
