Default Best motor for pulling?

I was wondering what the best way to achieve a lot of pulling power with a Rc boat. I want to build this Liberty ship: Liberty Ship (RC) - Revision 5 by JohnButtery - Thingiverse. I would like to have it be able to run ardurover and tow my kayak upstream, and I don't need speed but I need to to just PULL at low speeds, maybe 3-4mph. The Thingiverse page says to use a 35mm prop, is that a good prop to use? Thank you to anyone who helps.

I would recomment you contact Mack Products. They tend to be a good source of the type of things you're going to need for your "Liberty Ship". Their address is
