Hi when you say CG is 210 to 220 mm is it measured from the front of lower wing. The section that meets the fuselage? Thanks

I was finally able to get back out to fly the Bi Side some more. After a couple weeks of travel and also closure of my flying site due to wild fires, I put in some more flights.

I installed the wing fences and tested them. I think they do help in making spin entries more consistent and in make spin exits a bit more crisp.

Overall, I am very happy with it. The Bi Side really excels at F25. I find it easier to fly the rolling corner elements, the snaps are very predictable, the rolling circle is pretty effortless, and the overall pace is very good.
I have a lot more fine tuning to do before it is contest ready but I am getting very close. I turned down my aileron throws, increased expo on Ail and Rud, and have been adjusting my throttle curves.

I found that increasing the shim height by 1mm on the top wing, rear bolt, seemed to help in windy conditions. It felt a bit more locked in when winds were at or above 15mph. I didn't notice any downside in the calm air so I will leave the shim set at 4mm total height. My CG is at 220mm back from the bottom wing front mounting bulkhead.
