Default best way to repair and paint EPO Jet

I have an HSD Super Viper which has suffered a few digs and kinks and lately crashed and nose section damaged. i was thinking of repairing the kit but also would like to give it a new life and scheme. What would be the best and lightest solution to do the job? which putty to use that would be easy to sand, would it be a good idea to glass the kit (if yes any tips to keep it as light as possible?
When it comes to paint and case the glassing option is not opted, which paint should be used and how to avoid the chipping when applying tape for covering certain parts?

Appreciate all the input and suggestions

BTW my SV is a turbine version therefore, paint should be fuel proof to avoid messing it...
