Hi Everyone;
Request Heading made me smile a bit, and shake my head...Wow!
I just turned 78 last month, and have been destroying balsawood for more than 70 yrs now, and been into RC since about '68, and started purchasing/collecting RC/& Older RC kits at that time, and it has continued to date, + building kits/scratch building the whole time. I now have about 850 kits in my collection, you name it, I probably have it. My real love is the older kits, especially Hal deBolt's Live Wire RC kits, and have virtually every RC kit design he ever produced + a couple of one-off prototype kits; also many Sterling, Berkeley, Mark's Models, Carl Goldbergs, Top Flites, MENs, Proctors, + many-many others. I know this sounds weird, but I simply love the hobby dearly, I do not fish, boat, play golf, etc., model airplanes are a real big part'o'my'life, and during these strange current times helps keep me almost sane and on an even keel; what can I say?
Of late, I have gotten into small electrics, a few ARFs bigtime, as I no longer fly glow engines since losing my hearing 100% and acquiring L&R Cochlear Implants, I now hear so good that I cannot stand the loud engine noise at all, enjoying the quiet of electrics.
As for built up aircraft: too many to list; mostly deBolts', gliders, sport stuff large and small, older designs.......
Will close for now, best regards to you all from very warm Wickenburg, Arizona,
Little Joey [full of Balsa Termites] Nagy.

Currently, I have 4 that are flyable, and 2 on the bench that are under construction:
1) SIG Somethin' Extra
2) Parkflier Plastics OV-10 Bronco
3) Twisted Hobbies F-22
4) Twisted Hobbies Edge
1) Goldberg Ultimate being built from plans
2) OSMW Javelin (with floats I am building)
The OP didn't ask about helicopters or airboats, so I won't mention them.

Since my post of March 2022, post no: 580, I have turned seventy-five and I realised that there will not be enough time to build all of the models I own. Consequently I have sold or given away the WOT 4, the Flair Harvard and the Fokker DVII as well as a number of engines. I have also crashed the Double Sized Tomboy beyond economical repair. However, I have built Brian Sichi's "Guidato," an early radio model with a snub nose appearence and a tricycle undercarriage. It is a model which I have admired since I was a youth. It is pictured below, above a picture of the Big Tomboy and my much younger self!
I have decided to concentrate on finishing off the Auster, the Flying Flea and the Mystic and for my winter build I am going to build David Hurrell's1/4 scale Fokker Triplane, another aircraft I have always admired.

Super Frontier Senior
The Super Frontier Senior is a good flyer. I've had it for a good number of years now and it still flys really well with the fourstroke engine. Very relaxing.

Well I can't say for sure but a couple of years ago I counted 60+ and all but four of them are ready to fly. I recently obtained ten new kits and three complete planes that I will test fly and then put up on the auction block. Yes I am a sick man but I have a lot of fun with this illness.

In 2005 when I responded to this thread, I had I think about seven. Now, after being introduced to electric RTF scale planes and being given a number of nitro planes over the years, I have currently twenty-two flying, five in waiting repairs or restoration, and eight kits.
And here I thought I needed to downsize when I just had seven.
