da 150 vibration
have had around a gallon through the motor
32 x 10 meyjzlick prop
zn spinner
ecessive vibration especially at idle
anyone come across the same

Twins don't vibrate unless mounted on soft rubber mounts..Set the idle for about 1400 rpm....
I run engines on a Black and Decker Workmate..The twins hardly move it....

If the low end mixture is set too rich, it may be missing on one cylinder causing it to vibrate. It's also a possibility that the crank was not assembled properly. A twisted crank would also cause vibration. But, it should be worse at high rpm.

now you mention it,
when i tested the smoke unit,it was only coming out of one exhaust ,
when throttle is advanced it switches to the other pot,
3/4 throttle and above and perfect.
new to large gassers so you will have to forgive my ignorance
