the tubing looks like flexible exhaust tubing avaliable at most hobby stores. light can be purchased at Radio Shack but you have to mount them and run the wires yourself. hope this helps. No clue as to the FMIC though.

Knottie...I think I asked if you wanted a working one or just one for looks in the dream car thread and yeah,FMIC is right.I'm pretty sure those headlight buckets are glued together carbon fiber pieces and small cuts of different diameter aliminum tubing...just guessing on the CF but he made alot of other stuff with it on his cars. That intercooler....I have no clue how he made that but its really cool,I'd hate to hit a curb with all that up front.
The fake FMIC I made,I used a SS mesh, cardstock maybe like a baseball card ,and aluminum tape.I don't really like the mesh but its all I had until I find something better.
I've been thinking about trying to make an air filter that looks like an intercooler, that would make a really nice cold air intake and it would give the looks of an intercooler .

I want one that looks like his, I dont really care what the function is...
Accually.. I was thinking about Getting a subaru WRX Body and cutting out the intake on the hood and mounting some kind of tube that went back to the carb, Now that would be awesome, Would it not?
something like that, yes

Heck if I had a "Show car" then I'd go to the extent of putting in such jazzy good-loookers.
BUT.. ONE HIT is all it takes to destroy hours of work!!!
Think long and hard. If this is a show car, go for it. If your gonna drive this... I wouldnt do it!

I drive my car but when I don't ,I want it to look good sittin on the stand.I guess I look at it like I should drive more carefully if I don't want to waste my time building cool ,realistic looking parts. And the WRX's are sweet.

Yeah good point, I ran head first into a curb yesterday and broke like 5 things on the front... Nothing a little Loctite, Zipties, and superglue wont fix
as far as the WRX thing I'm going to do it, All it's going to be is a tube, nothing special like the REAL intercooler or whatever else...
That's indestructible.... a rubber tube
I mashed up my lamborghini body pretty bad, I was driving straight going WOT and turned a 90 degree turn and did like 30 flips... I did this a few times, my body is HASH...
so the WRX is due to be bought :P
