the very proper bolt for attaching engine mount to fire wall is not seemed to be included.

I think that it is SAE 1/4 20. That is very standard and easy to find here in the US. DA might send you some if you can't find them.
I got my DA. What a nice looking machine!

Aerografix will make custom stand off spacers to the exact length you need. The threads are 1/4 20 to the firewall and 5m to the engine. Here is his website if you need it.

Roger Forgues is a pilot and he makes these as a side business. Does very nice work and will deliver. He will take care of you. If you look at the mounting picture I provided previously in this thread list you can see an example of his work. I custom ordered these spacers custom made to fit the Pitts.

Thanks. I talked to DA at the show and they have standoffs in 3 sizes and the short size fits the CAP perfect Brian said because he has one. I think he said $25 for the four of them. I took the DA to work today to show the boss and they guys, they are major gear heads and acomplished artists. They were so into that engine I had to pry it out of their hands![8D]

BTW, as you might know... the threaded hole size for bolt is differrent from one end to the other.
i can guess it wouldn't be a matter at all whatever this maybe but ..
which side do you usually go for firewall and back plate of engine?

1/4 20 goes to the firewall and the 5m goes to the engine.

If you get Roger to make your stand offs He can make them to the thread size you would prefer. Talk to him, he will help you.

Jemo, I think you were the one that taught me about Aerografix. He sure helped me. Delivered ahead of the anticipated schedule as well. Very easy to do business with and provides a high quality product. If my memory serves me right, thanks for the suggestion. Didn't you also tell me about the Battery Backer? Not sure on this one. I have a story for you if you are. Not a bad one.

after contacting more than 5 store that specializing in bolt, i finally have found the shop have this bolt in stock.
here in Korea, unlike in U.S. , it very hard to find out the tool in inch scale.

Geez, I wish I had that problem. I didn't notice till it was too late. Lot of the other guys were ignoring it and walking around saying "little rich guy, flying 27% planes" and crap like that. Guess I shouldn't have mentioned it.
