Need help removing swashplate retainer pin

Need help removing swashplate retainer pin
[:@][:@] I recently bought a Feda Dragonfly,and now I want to remove the plastic black tube from the main shaft to add a collar. The problem is that I can't seem to remove the locking head pin so as to remove the rotor assembly, and slide the swashplate and black tube out of the main shaft. Can anyone HELP in advising as to how to remove this pin, I have used needle nose and even some tweezers!

I used an Allen Key to push it as far as I could from one side and then pulled it out with needle nose from the other.

[8D] Thanks!!! So simple uh.. Anyway, I used an allen key to move the pin just enough to grasp it with a toe nail clipper. The needle nose would not grip the pin enough, but thanks a million!! Happy flying guy!!
