Still Struggling
Hey Guys, I just read in another forum about the Radd Method. I am clueless. What is this and will it help me fly this helicopter a lot better than I am? Also how do I balance my blades. Yes I am the original newbie. No clue but determined to make this @$%@ thing hoover with out hitting anyone or anything.(yes I have a little nick on my leg) No worries though I know you guys can help.

the most important advice I have is dig up a copy of a PC flight simulator, and learn to fly that first.
(I learned to fly helis with Great Planes Real Flight Deluxe)
This will save a lot of frustrations, and hey, you can't break anything!
Hovering a helicopter = standing on beach ball.

"Radd's method" refers to radds rotary school of flight.

I just thought I'd add that for anyone who doesn't have a flight sim made specifically for radio controlled flight, Microsoft Flight Simulator, a much more popular sim (2004 is the latest version, btw) can be used very effectively as an R/C trainer if you fly from "tower view". The only downside to that is, a radio wouldn't be able to be used as the game controller (I don't think).

Hey, you may be a newbie, but at least you're here reading how to go about things the right way.. This is a GOOD thing!
