Who Wants An Indoor ProBro
Alright this is just to get an idea to see if this could really happen. I went to the Von Braun Center here in Hunstville http://www.vonbrauncenter.com and looked at the facilities and got some specs and pricing info. There's three ways this could go depending on the amount of interest. The smallest space would be a 76'x116' (9,164 sq ft) with a 20' high ceiling. That is $300 for one day from 8am to midnight. Next one up is 152'x232' (18,328 sq ft) with a 20' high ceiling that $600 for one day from 8am to midnight. The granddaddy is a 210'x150' (31,500 sq ft) with 38' high ceilings and goes for $1700 for the same times as the others. We'd have to have 100 guys to bring the cost down to $17 a person, so that probably won't happen, but the other two options seems like a good deal to me. What do you guys think? Any interest out there for this? If we used the 76'x116' and had 20 people show it would only be 15 dollars a person.

RE: Who Wants An Indoor ProBro
I could ask, but she said that they do not double up events on the same day which kinda gave me the imression that it was a set price for the day. I actually was just going there to buy some tickets for a Monster Truck Rally this weekend and saw that they had a lot of big rooms. So I went to the admin office and talked with the lady in charge. She was really nice and they didn't have a problem at all with an airplane event. What would be really cool is to have a huge probro in the arena where we could fly the gas stuff too.

If you go to the website in the first post and click on Facility Information, then Click on Virtual Tour, then click to where it says East & West halls, Then you can click on the room to take virtual tour and look around the room. The East 1 or 2 would be the $300 deal or you can combine them by taking down a divider for the $600 price.

Flyboone, I tried the same thing for here in Louisville at the exposition center, they wanted 2300 for the day. Best of luck, I would try to come depending on the date and I am fine with paying 10, 20 or 30 to fly if all day. Jeff W.

Yeah Right now I'm drumming up some interest. The price is not bad at all considering how big it is. We'll see what happens.

And keep in mind that Im trying to Dave Sloan to put on an Indoor Pro-Bro in Anderson where we had the indoor event last weekend. That place rents for an unbelievably reasonable price that I wont even mention. But as far as Im concerned it matters not........Im game for either place! Just let me know where to be.
