RC10CE Nitro Conversion.
Just dusted off my old RC10CE (1992 or so). I don't feel like getting into racing but wouldn't mind tinkering. I know there was a nitro conversion kit in the mid to late 90's. I can't seem to find anything online about it anymore. Does anybody have any advice if I decide to venture out and try a conversion from scratch. I think my main complication will be the transmission-engine connection.

RE: RC10CE Nitro Conversion.
To get the parts you need for the drivetrain (you will need engine mounts, clutch assembly, and transmission for a dual sport or GT), it is cheaper to buy the budget RC10GT!
BTW: A-Main Racing and Duratrax made the conversion kits (they were $200+ for the conversion less engine and donor vehicle)
