What Twin Artf's are there?
I'm looking to get a twin artf in the UK and am stuggling to find any. I need something to suit a couple of .40 engines and easy to fly, as a first twin. Can anyone recommend a model and where to get it?
Thanks

RE: What Twin Artf's are there?
Welcome to the twin world.
Twin trainer style arf's basically do not exist. There are various posts about bashing a single into a twin and my favorite is the twin fuse kit bash style for maximum stability, such as two 40 size sticks.
Beyond that, KMP and VQ are building warbird P-38 arf's, but I do NOT recommend the warbirds as trainers.
KMP has the skymaster that has the engines in line, so engine out is really not so much of a problem.
VQ has the A-26, that I have flown on two ST 45's and is fairly stable engine out for a more conventional twin configuration, but not really a trainer.
My suggestion is the bashing approach. Here is one of my posts http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_54.../tm.htm#547693
Remember engine reliability is the best insurance.
Good luck and welcome aboard.
