ok i know the savage 25 has better engine and better fuel tank

sav 25 comes with rotostart vs.pull start on 21...25 also has higher gearing , stiffer shock springs, and may come with reverse, not sure about that. oh, the tank aint much better...mine still had probs with 25 tank...went with ofna.

The 25 RTR has a 3 shoe flywheel, the new fuel tank, new wheel hexes, stiff springs, and the roto start. The new body design also looks really nice.

your body might look nice but mine is screwed up from "backflips" the body pin bent up along with my cyl. hed

Yes, that's stock for the .21. The 25 has, as was mentioned earlier, a 15 tooth and an 18 tooth clutch bell and a 49 tooth spur.
