Do "T" connectors have a 1 way valve in them?

I heard of people using the "T" between the carb and the tank and the 3rd line being the fill line. Wouldn't this send fuel to the carb as well as the tank?

Not if you fuel a YS engine or clamp the line to the carb shut before fueling.

Most "T" connectors do not have a 1-way valve in them.
