Default exhaust problem

I have an os .91 fs surpass. I have experienced numerous times where the exhaust has come loose during flight. The last time it happened, I had to send the exhaust and pipe back to os because the threads on the pipe were stripped from the vibrations. I have tried loc-tite. And I'm not sure I want to JB weld it because I might want to put it on a different plane. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any comments would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Richard:

I have gone to tightening the exhaust pipe with the engine fully warmed, and since they cool quickly I've had the best results by doing it with the engine running. If you wish to do the same, wear heavy gloves for protectiion.

Bill.
