I also have the H9 with a TT 54 4c. I have found without a slight toe-in, the plane will wander on takeoff roll. So far I haven't seen the need to move the gear 1" forward. As most seem to agree, it's a choice of fabric look or gloss film. In all the cubs I've flown, it seems a Cub is a Cub no matter the manufacture and kit or arf; I just hate to see them ripped around like a pylon racer.

RE: What's the best Cub ARF
I also have a Great Planes Cub arf. It has nice fat foam tires and Cub caps for the wheels. It is 4 years old and has been flown with a Magnum 52 4 stroke. It has all the power it needs with this engine. The coverite is still in very nice shape. I also found that to bend the axles for a little tow-in helped tremendously in ground handleing.. Mine is retireing this year into a full size airplane clubs rafter to just be admired. A fitting end to a very nice and much enjoyed Cub.. John[8D]
