Default SKYLANE HANGAR 9 95" Rudder Linkage Fix

Using 4/40 ball links on the control rod, screw on a nylon swivel clevis on the threaded part of rudder arm. ( Part # GPMQ3860) Grind out enough balsa so it will clear the fuse and bolt the ball link between the two clevis extensions. This gives more leverage and torque to the rudder and also helps its centering.
