im putting my savage back together with some new parts i just got and i had to take the engine out. how do i set the gear mesh?? where do i set it at? ive heard lots of different ways and wonder whats the best.

i found out how to do it. but i guess we can still discuss the best ways to set the gear mesh.

i have no idea, i just do it on touch and how well it spins. but i have it set perfectly now so i will not be moving my engine mounts.
