Default Brake linkage

Hi guys, firstly i have set up my throttle linkage and it seems to be fine, carb wide open at full throttle and closes at neutral to the 2mm gap, idling fine. only thing is when i hit my brakes they are not coming on sharp enough and takes a while to stop the car, how do i adjust this linkage, which way do i slde the adjustable collar, i have included a pic of the car

Is that a protech nitro fun 4WD? It looks like one (thats the car ive got)

anyway, onto the braking problem. Slide the collar left and the brakes should come on sooner (i think this is correct) but it is best just to adjust things slowly until you feel happy with the car. Hope this helps!
