Default Gas Tracks in IL

I live in southern IL about 2 1/2 hours straight east of St. Louis. I'm really wanting to do some racing this summer with my XXX-NT "drake" and K3 Inferno. Does anyone know of any tracks with in an hour or two or am I going to have to drive halfway across the country to be able to race?

Not too sure if Bradley Illinois is just a couple hours away from you. But there is a track here.

Or just about another 20 minutes north is one hell of a track with 240-foot smooth, banked clay track surface

Well I'm from Albion, IL. I'm not sure if you've ever been here or not. There's an electric track about 1/2 mile from my house that's indoors (Rector's RC raceway. Monee, Bradley, and Jacksonville are all around 4-5 hours away which is a little farther than I want to travel. I'd thought about opening up my own indoor track after I complete college due to the limited selection in southern IL. Any others that you guys know of? I've heard of there being a track in Marion, IL. Do you guys know much about it?

Here is the web site to the track in Jacksonville.
I do realize it is a bit of a travel, but you might want to try it once.

Thanks for looking at the site
