Default clutch bell

when i use the e-z start on my maxx the peice inside of the clutch bell spins.


sombody tell me whats wrong and how to fix it

what do you mean? The clutch is fully engaged when you hit the easy start?

the gear does not work the inside spins without the gear

Are you sure that your one way bearing is not messed up? Take it out and clean it. You might also try to tighten down the flywheel.

i think he means that the clutch is not engaged. ok let the engine start then give it gas then the gear, or bell will start to spin.

If it doesn't start it is the one way bearing. The clutch bell would not keep it from starting. Take off the easy start, then look in the case and you should see a one way bearing. It is mostly round with 2 flat sides. Take it out and clean it really good. Put in back in the same way you took it out. Make sure you don't put it in backwards!

no no no, he is saying that the bell is not turning when he turns the e z start over.it is not supposted to turn the bell. it is a centrifigal clutch. it should not turn unless the engine is running at a higher rpm than idle.

i keep trying to keep the fuel line away from the gears but it keeps getting sucked into them and its ripping

what can i do to stop this

run it around the back of the eninge. and use the included yellow things to go around the fuel and air lines to keep the head from melting them.
