You've lost something in the front differential and/or driveshafts. Rebuild it according to your manual, and you should find out why you only have rear wheel drive.

Threshhold question: With the car supported off the ground, how many wheels spin when you pull the trigger?

So, when you pull the trigger, all the tires spin but the car doesn't move until they get traction?

If that's the case, try pulling the trigger a little easier.[:@]

Wait a minute: Did you run the setup procedure for your ESC correctly?[:@]

Ok your throwing me off with the whole
all four spin when its on the ground.for the first second or two all four wheels are spinning but the car isnt moving
part..

But I think that your linkages may not be setup right.
It should look like this
---------------------ZERO-|$$$THROTTLE$$$|
--|$$$BRAKE$$$|-ZERO------------------------

But I think yours looks like this:
-------------------ZERO-|$$$THROTTLE$$$|
------------|$$$BRAKE$$$|------------------

So here.. your applying brakes even when your doing anything!! Worse.. maybe your applying brakes when your partially applying throttle.. so because of your differential.. the one with weakest braking is turning but only doing a burnout because other wheels are braking??

Possible.. but unlikely theory
