Quick question. After the 1/2 roll to inverted a 1/2 cuban 8, i throttled back to idle to slow the plane down while in the downline, and, after finishing, i throttled back up on the stick, but the engine wouldn´t, i did this a couple times, and 5 seconds later, straight and level, the engine came back online. Can you suggest any needle setting adjustment, or any other to correct this?

It sounds more like a fuel pick up problem, not needle setting. I would check the clunk and pick up line in the tank to see if it's possibly getting kinked.
