Maybe we need to define what a hover is. Isnt that what you do when your nice pretty $500 investment hits the ground? I havent found the transmittor very afective in keeping me airborne for extended periods of time. Works much better for the plane

Nope, that would be considered crashing.
You may need some right thrust. My Hot Knife likes to tilt and stall turn to the left when hovering, so I put on some right thrust.
