Default RD6000 and GWS 6CH Rx

I swapped the 72Mhz GWS 4 Ch Rx that came in my Aerohawk, with a spare GWS 6Ch Rx (35Mhz) that I had so I could use my Sanwa RD6000 and also use a legal freq in the UK.

If I follow the same connections as were originally on the 72Mhz GWS 4 Ch Rx i.e

1: Throttle
2: Aileron
3: Elevator
4: Rudder

The Aerohawk goes mad with servo's twitching and the main & tail rotors spinning up.

However no matter what combinations I try I can't seem to get the two to work together. Has anyone got this working ? If so what connections did you use and how was the RD6000 programmed ?

thanks,

Michael
