if the gain is higher the tail wags aswell as rotating
What could be causing this?

Default Could be tail motor going bad

I have a Esky Honey Bee. Before the 1st tail motor was terminal, it went bad intermittently. I had to consistently trim the tail mix on each battery charge. In one battery charge it takes little tail mix, In another it takes a lot more. Yet in another it takes less again. At the end, the tail motor got so weak that max tail mix couldn't do it and the tail motor quit working.

I just put on another tail motor but this one didn't seem good either. Power output was so intermittent that the gyro had a hard time keeping the tail from wagging side-to-side. I stopped flying the thing and am looking for a better tail motor. I'm wondering if tail motor from other electric heli will fit the honey bee? Will those $10 direct drive conversions sold on ebay work with the honey bee?

Ive got 2 suggestions:
1. Tail polarity, is it correct?
2. Didnt you put the gyro on the wrong side/upside down?
