ummm ok a little more detail:
11 turn has only 11 wraps of wire around the armature, it causes for higher RPMs and thus higher speeds, but the comm will need to be cut more often and brushes replaced more often, so that the life of the motor would be less
(15 turn has 15 wraps, lower rpms more torque)
