I wouldn't say it's a bad radio, no worse than the t-maxx radio.... It could be better though. To avoid these said problems... get the SS and you'll pick the radio and servos yourself.

actually not... because the ss kit comes with some more important goodies like pipe and HD doggs. so if your get a 100 radio for it you have free hop ups basically.

Get extra screws and threadlock thats the worst problem i had the first week(my fault for not threadlocking) and always glue your tires and make the your foams inside the tire are dry when driving on asphalt my trucks tires ballooned up when there was water in it and i crashed top speed into a curb and bent my chassis but i bent it back.

thats a stupid thing to say, you may as well do the mod from the start and save yourself the cost of having to buy an extra set of diff cups and also 2 extra sets of gears

when it gets colder the oxygen gets purer. so the air:fuel mixture must be right so if you have extra air, you need extra fuel. in other words, richen in the cold, not lean.

well i shouldnt really say "purer" just when its cold the air gets compressed together meaning you have more oxygen in a given space.
like this [ox.ox.] but when it gets hot and humid the air expands having more space for it to spread. like this [ox.------ox.].
i hope this can explain it.

you have all of these guys telling you whats wrong with the truck. In my opinion the truck is excelente strictly stock. True the upgrade listed are worth the money but stock the truck is great. Dont replace thing unless they break.
Just my opinion

I agree with stevblutu15 .
The stock savage is absolutely great and you'll have loads of fun... Not that I don't have a list of mods to do... but you'll define that along the way.

RE: If I buy a Savage 25
if i said it was bad then i meant it the ss had a few extra hop ups. i'd say the ONLY thing that buggs me is the pipe. THATS IT. i wont say any more.. but seriously i could list only 2 hop ups and i'd be happy.
